A complete, plain-language walkthrough of every page and feature on RADIKAL. Everything is free — no account, no credit card, no pass required.
What Is RADIKAL?
- RADIKAL is a worldwide supply chain registry. It finds the real factories behind major brands, cuts out middleman markups, and shows you true factory costs — all for free.
- You do not need an account, a credit card, or a pass. Every feature on this site is open and free to use. This guide explains every page and every feature in plain language so anyone can use it.
1. The Homepage (Start Here)
This is the first page you see. It has a search bar at the top, a link to the Sourcing Dashboards, a Core Capabilities table, and a list of Regional Operational Zones. Use the search bar to jump straight to the Registry, or click any region card to search only that region.
- Type a product, material, HS code, or brand into the search bar and click Search Registry.
- Click Open Sourcing Dashboards to run analysis tools.
- Click any region card (USA, China, Europe, etc.) to search suppliers in that zone only.
2. The Registry (Search the Factories)
The Registry is the main database of manufacturers. Search by finished product name, material, HS code, or brand. Filter by region. Each supplier card shows the factory legal name, local registration ID, direct sourcing coordinates, finished product, material, HS code, brands fulfilled, freight per container, estimated cost per ton, and more. All fields are fully visible and free.
- Type what you are looking for into the search box and click Search.
- Click a region button to narrow results to one country or zone.
- Tick the Industrial Broker Filter box to automatically hide middlemen that are not real factories.
- Read each supplier card to get the factory's direct contact details and cost data.
3. The Industrial Broker Filter
Brokers are middlemen who resell other factories' products at a markup. RADIKAL auto-hides them. A supplier is kept only if it ships more than 5,000 kg per container AND has a verified plant footprint with a worker count. Turn the filter on or off with the checkbox on the Registry page. When it is on, a red note tells you how many brokers were hidden.
- Keep the checkbox ticked to see only real Tier-1 factories.
- Untick it to see every supplier including brokers for comparison.
4. Regional Operational Zones
RADIKAL partitions the world into eight zones, each with its own industrial specialty: USA (medical electronics, aerospace), Europe (automation machinery, automotive, textiles, leather), Canada (precision machining, metallurgy), Mexico (electronics nearshoring, automotive, medical devices), Japan (robotics, optics, semiconductors), China (consumer electronics, batteries, hidden OEM decoding), Russia (metallurgy, chemicals), and Nigeria (packaging, consumer goods). Click a zone card on the homepage to search only that region.
- On the homepage, scroll to Regional Operational Zones.
- Click any zone card to open the Registry filtered to that region.
5. Sourcing Dashboards (Four Analysis Tools)
The Sourcing Dashboards page has four tools you can run for free. Pick one from the table or the tab buttons, fill in the required field, and click Run Analysis. The result appears as a structured card below the form.
- Open Sourcing Dashboards from the homepage or the top of the Registry page.
- Click a dashboard name in the table or a tab button to select it.
- Fill in the required field for that tool.
- Click Run Analysis and read the result card.
6. Single Sourcing Engine (Cost Basis)
This tool calculates the estimated factory cost basis for a product. Enter the finished product name and the material or alloy. You can optionally attach an industrial PDF catalog or trade log. The engine returns a direct cost-per-ton timeline with low, central, and high estimates and the broker markup you avoid by sourcing directly.
- Select the Single Sourcing Engine tab.
- Type the finished product name (for example, 304 stainless steel coil).
- Type the material or alloy (for example, AISI 304).
- Optionally attach a PDF catalog or trade log.
- Click Run Analysis.
7. Enterprise Competitive Matrix
Enter a rival corporate entity name and RADIKAL generates an operational blueprint of their production margins, shipping frequencies, and supply chain adjustments. Use this to understand how a competitor sources and prices.
- Select the Enterprise Competitive Matrix tab.
- Type the rival company name.
- Click Run Analysis.
8. VC Institutional Audit Report
Built for venture capital and private equity diligence. Enter a target factory or startup entity. The audit scores the factory on operational continuity, flags hidden white-labeling tricks, and isolates single-source supply vulnerabilities before capital is committed.
- Select the VC Institutional Audit Report tab.
- Type the target factory or startup entity name.
- Click Run Analysis.
9. Brand Reverse Engine
Enter a major brand name (for example, ACE Hardware) and RADIKAL cross-references shipping logs, manifest weights, origin ports, and destination ports to unmask the unlisted overseas factories physically fulfilling that brand's inventory. The result ranks factories by total shipment weight and lists the ports and shipment counts.
- Select the Brand Reverse Engine tab.
- Type the brand name.
- Click Run Analysis.
- Read the ranked list of factories behind that brand.
10. Moving Between Pages
The RADIKAL logo at the top of every page links back to the homepage. On the homepage, there is also a direct back-to-home link in the top-left corner of this guide page. Use the Sourcing Dashboards link on the homepage to reach the analysis tools, and the Search Registry button to reach the database.

- Use the homepage search bar or region cards to jump to the Registry.
